Registration Update

Just a quick status update and heads up.

Please take the time to read this and pass on information to your board members, volunteers and parents.

Age Calculation:

The recent Age Calc worksheet sent had Varsity Football 15 year old light weights calculation.

Please disregard and delete from the worksheet. Don't register football players that turn 15 prior to 7/31/2010.

 Participant Registration:
 
Please get player and cheerleader registriation input as soon as possible and pass your paperwork on to TBYFL for confirmation.
 
Do not hold onto paperwork. 
BE SURE TO ATTACH A CONTROL SHEET WITH EACH BATCH.
 
It takes time to confirm each individual child prior to printing identification/weighin cards  for picture day.
 
 Refer to Important Dates for Picture Day Schedules.                 
 
Volunteer Registration:
 
Please get volunteer registation and background applications in as soon as possible.  
           If the volunteer has a current badge (expires in 2011) attach a copy of the badge.
           If the volunteer is renewal or new application, then attach background/SSN disclosure and copy of driver license.
 
INCOMPLETE PAPERWORK CAN'T BE SUBMITTED FOR BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.
 
 Do not hold onto paperwork. 
BE SURE TO ATTACH A CONTROL SHEET WITH EACH BATCH.
