League age is determined by the cheerleaders age as of Sept 1st of the current league year

2010 Rule Change for Varsity Cheer
Cheerleader with birthdate between January 3, 1995 and September 2, 1995 use
January 1, 2010 to calculate age, they must be 14 at January 1, 2010.
